The microtubes are the first of their kind in the industry made from metal (Ni) material, featuring the world's smallest diameter and the most homogeneous precision. We have established a groundbreaking manufacturing method for microtubes with an inner diameter of 18μm and an outer diameter of 30μm, surpassing the limits of existing pipe drawing methods for small diameter tubes. Furthermore, the microtubes can be manufactured in astonishing lengths of up to 2000mm. Additionally, it is possible to apply a uniform gold (Au) plating of the desired thickness within the small inner diameter of 18μm.
