This was due to the combined wear from high pressure (10 MPa) and acidity, necessitating frequent replacements. By introducing the Lechler DryMaster, the lifespan was extended to approximately four times due to the high wear resistance of the carbide components. It could be directly attached to existing lances without the need for equipment modifications. Additionally, nozzle clogging was resolved, significantly improving continuous operation and quality. Used carbide components can be returned through the CaRe recycling program, contributing to reduced environmental impact and credit allocation. It is suitable for food applications and is also praised for its rapid shipping and high compatibility.
