Medication injection and coagulated sludge reduction device, micro-nano bubble generation device "YJ device"
Chemical injection and sludge reduction device YJ device
The YJ device for chemical dosing and sludge reduction is currently being demonstrated! The chemical and sludge reduction device cuts costs by over 50%!
The chemical and sludge reduction device allows for coagulation with less than half the amount of chemicals and coagulants through coagulation sedimentation treatment and pressurized flotation treatment, thereby halving the sludge and significantly reducing the running costs of wastewater treatment. The chemical dosing and coagulation sludge reduction device, the Micro-Nano Bubble Generation Device YJ, is also highly effective in suppressing odors caused by the decay of wastewater. It can be installed simply by throwing it into the reaction tank of the coagulation sedimentation device or the pressurized flotation device, as well as the adjustment tank in front of it, so there are no construction costs involved. *If you would like a demonstration of the chemical dosing and coagulation sludge reduction device YJ, please contact us.

basic information
【Points of Selection】 ◎ Reduction of chemicals and sludge by over 50% (depending on the case) If compatible with the equipment, the reduction of chemicals and the decrease in sludge disposal costs can recover the initial investment within a few months. There are cases where water quality can also be improved. ◎ A unique and unparalleled micro-nano bubble generator with a completely straight pipe structure Using the YJ nozzle, it is maintenance-free with no clogging. ◎ Energy-saving capability as the existing stirrer can be stopped due to water flow from the submerged pump (It can offset the power of the existing propeller.) ◎ Reduction of unpleasant odors from wastewater <Typical Coagulation Treatment Flow> 1. Reaction tank (reducing chemicals by half) - Install YJ device in the reaction tank 2. Coagulation tank (reducing coagulants by half) 3. Sedimentation tank (reducing sludge by half) 4. Effluent (potential for BOD reduction)
