We would like to introduce examples of applications for the laser cladding and welding equipment "Smart Laser" and "TL Series." Cladding in difficult areas such as two-edge angles, three-edge angles, vertical walls, narrow bottoms where the torch cannot enter, and curved surfaces can be easily performed. Please feel free to contact us when needed. 【Cladding Sample for Molds (Material: SKD61)】 ■ Cladding for two-edge and three-edge angles: Welding is possible with minimized shrinkage even in difficult corners. ■ Cladding for vertical walls: By changing the laser irradiation angle, cladding on vertical walls is possible. ■ Cladding for bottom surfaces: Cladding can be performed on narrow bottom surfaces (vertical surfaces) where the torch cannot enter. ■ Cladding for curved surfaces: Cladding on curved surfaces is also easy by using jigs or electric stands. ■ Cladding for sharp angles: Cladding is possible even on sharp corners such as the cutting edges of rubber molds. ■ Gate filling and imprint removal: Gate filling and imprint removal can be performed with minimal cladding volume. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
