Sanwell Corporation, as a manufacturer of hydrogen-oxygen gas generation devices, has achieved a cumulative total of over 3,800 units since its establishment in 1983, receiving high praise from numerous users, including manufacturing sites and research institutions. Our flagship product, the "Sanwelder," is an advanced hydrogen-oxygen gas welding machine that stably generates hydrogen-oxygen gas using water and electricity, creating a tiny flame with a high-temperature combustion flame. The Sanwelder leverages its high-precision combustion flame to accommodate precision processing of various materials, including metals, resins, glass, and precious metals. In particular, in metal welding, it prevents oxidation and achieves precise bonding. In the manufacturing sites of semiconductors and electronic devices, it is utilized for fine local heating and frame processing. Additionally, stable operations can be conducted even in clean room environments, boasting high reliability in the production of medical devices and high-precision products. Furthermore, by utilizing the characteristics of hydrogen-oxygen gas, which burns with a tiny flame at a maximum temperature of about 2800°C, it demonstrates exceptional performance in welding and heat treatment of glass, resins, and precious metals. Moreover, the highly reducing hydrogen-oxygen gas leads to a higher quality finish in the precision processing of precious metals and glass.
