Boltight's hydraulic nut is a product that integrates a hydraulic tensioner, which is a bolt fastening tool, with the nut, allowing for easy and precise fastening of large-sized bolts that cannot be tightened by human strength, achieving the desired axial force. The hydraulic nut significantly reduces the time required for installation, and almost all the force generated by hydraulic tensioning is converted into axial force, unaffected by the coefficient of friction. Since the nut does not rotate during tightening, it can be safely operated in narrow spaces without any torsional stress on the threads. It is also possible to tighten multiple hydraulic nuts simultaneously, ensuring that all nuts are fastened uniformly and with accurate axial force.
