This is a cone-shaped discharge valve that allows for measurement. Regardless of the amount of powder in the storage hopper, the discharge and stoppage of the powder can be done freely. The "Corn Valve Mini" is a corn valve type feeder that discharges powder through a gap created by raising and lowering the corn valve, using an electric cylinder. The electric cylinder allows for high-speed and precise control. The discharge amount can be arbitrarily set by controlling the lowering height of the corn valve and the operating time. The discharge promotion function prevents the occurrence of bridging and rat holes. The "Flecon Discharger" is a device that can automatically discharge all the powder from a bottom discharge type flecon bag without generating dust. Thanks to the vibrations from the vibrator in the flecon receiving section, smooth discharge is possible. The discharge area is sealed, so there is no concern about contamination of the work environment due to dust. In the latter part, we introduce the mixing process and others. The containers, which are automatically transported, are rotated by a container blender for uniform mixing. The containers, after being transported by a vertical conveyor, move to the packaging process, where they are turned into products by automatic paper bag filling machines and bulk bag filling machines. The finished paper bags are automatically palletized by robots. The used containers move to the cleaning process, where they are automatically cleaned using either air or liquid cleaning equipment, depending on the level of dirt.
