As a metal processing manufacturer, we were established in 1962 as Tama Bankin. Along with our customers' requests, our business areas have expanded, allowing us to grow into a group with high specialization and uniqueness in each area. Recently, we reorganized our previously independent organizations and integrated them under the name Aim Co., Ltd., marking a new start. "Aim" means "Act intelligently for more," reflecting our commitment to seeking greater achievements through intelligent actions. Even with the integration of our organizations, our fundamental stance of "Enjoyment, Learning, Creation, and Integrity" remains unchanged, and the new company name succinctly expresses our guiding principles. We aim to continue advancing as a machine manufacturer that can contribute more to society, using this new beginning as an opportunity. To achieve this, the most essential element is the flexible creativity of each employee. We believe that even the smallest ideas can be the first step toward creating products that greatly benefit society, and we are committed to challenging that potential as a whole company.
