- Ricoh's AGV "Ricoh Unmanned Transport Vehicle M2" adopts an optical system instead of the common magnetic type. By utilizing commercially available black vinyl tape for image recognition guidance instead of the typical magnetic tape used in AGVs, it allows for easy and low-cost route setting. - Operation instruction data can be directly input into the AGV's onboard tablet PC or created on a handheld PC and imported as a CSV file, making it easy for anyone to create. - It is capable of making 90-degree and 180-degree turns, allowing it to maneuver in tight spaces where equipment cannot be moved.
