basic information
**Features** ○ Appearance inspection of metal parts (sintered products) → By building a unique genetic algorithm and incorporating it into the inspection device, defects are accurately identified. ○ Appearance inspection of metal parts (machined products) → A prism is inserted into the workpiece and photographed while rotating. The bright lines at the gear tooth tips are measured and analyzed to detect defects. ○ Appearance inspection of painted parts (bumpers, door panels, etc.) → Using RGB multi-stage lighting and a color line sensor, specular reflection light is captured to detect scratches and protrusions. Equipped with Ricoh's latest image processing processor LSI, achieving inspection at 800mm/sec. ○ Appearance inspection of plastic parts (plastic caps for medical and food use, etc.) → Unique image processing technology detects fine foreign substances and thin fibers. An automatic system is realized that automatically assembles inner and outer caps using high-speed cam drive, with an inspection cycle time of 2.2 seconds. ○ Surface inspection of fine parts (chip components) → Achieved a cycle time of 0.5 seconds through handling technology for fine parts and high-speed image processing technology. Achieved a resolution of 0.002mm to detect minute defects. ○ Surface inspection of long products (chip components) → By using a special imaging method, the characters on the workpiece are canceled out, allowing for the detection of only defective areas.
