Our company has developed a new super austenitic stainless steel alloy called 'SANICRO 35'. The target area for SANICRO 35 is to fill the gap where general-purpose stainless steels are not sufficiently effective and where expensive nickel alloys do not provide cost-effectiveness. With a moderate nickel content, it has very high pitting resistance, surpassing that of conventional 6Mo steel grades. Depending on the environment, it can also replace nickel-based alloys such as Alloy 825 and Alloy 625. Aremar's stainless steel thick-walled pipes and round bars have been sold as part of the SANMAC series primarily in the European stainless steel market since the early 1990s. The SANMAC series has been developed through long-term research and improvements in collaboration with the Sandvik carbide tools division and the materials division to enhance the machinability of stainless steel and the design of tools suitable for machining. It is characterized by significantly improved machinability without compromising corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. This leads to increased cutting speeds, extended tool life, and reduced setup times. Today, our products are highly regarded by customers worldwide through our own sales bases spanning various countries. Aremar has obtained JIS factory certification and stocks a wide range of sizes and steel grades of stainless steel hollow bars.
