- This is a high-watt cartridge heater of the split sheath type, which fundamentally differs in manufacturing method from conventional cartridge heaters. - The split-type structure features an innovative design where the sheath part is separated like two legs. - Since there is no non-heating part at the tip of the heater, it is effective for heating specific areas. - Due to thermal expansion, the two sheath parts expand outward, allowing them to closely adhere to the insertion hole of the mold, enabling high-temperature heating at low temperature settings.
