This product is a DBB (Double Block & Bleed Valve) valve for pipelines developed by AS Schneider using the latest technology. The double block design enhances safety by having independent ball valves and seats on both the upstream and downstream sides, allowing for isolation of the upstream while keeping the downstream open, among other configurations. The compact design achieves: - Reduced weight, - Reduced leak points, - Lower installation and maintenance costs, - Space savings. The "AS-Schneider ISO FE Series" is a valve bonnet with a flange connection for needle valves and ball valves. The basic structure is the same as that of a screwed connection valve bonnet, but the needle valve with an OS&Y bonnet has an additional disc spring washer installed for thermal expansion absorption.
