Our company is working on the nationwide deployment of deep cryogenic separation gas plants/VSUs that efficiently produce liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen. Traditionally, it was common to mass-produce gas at large plants located in coastal areas and transport it over long distances to customers nationwide using tank trucks. In response to the recent movement towards carbon neutrality, we are installing VSUs near our customers to reduce transportation distances, thereby decreasing fossil fuel use (reducing CO2 emissions) and enhancing business continuity planning (BCP) through the diversification of production sites. "ELNACKS" is a two-component argon for welding that contains an appropriate amount of oxygen. Its manufacturing process involves directly extracting ELNACKS from our air separation plant using our unique technology, rather than mixing oxygen with argon gas. This results in not only a homogeneous and stable quality but also economic advantages, earning high praise in the welding industry. Welding with ELNACKS significantly reduces spatter compared to carbon dioxide welding. ELNACKS (Ar + 3.5% O2), which does not contain carbon, suppresses the formation of chromium carbide in the welding of ferritic stainless steel, thereby improving resistance to intergranular corrosion. It is also effective in suppressing pit formation in the welding of galvanized steel sheets with alloyed molten zinc (GA). For customers who use ELNACKS in large quantities, we deliver it via dedicated tankers. For customers using cylinders or portable low-temperature containers (LGC), we supply it from the nearest ELNACKS handling filling station. "AW Shield" is a welding shield gas that demonstrates excellent effects for various applications. "I33/I35/I37" is used for TIG and MIG welding of aluminum and aluminum alloys. The increase in penetration allows for improved welding speed and a reduction in the number of passes. In MIG welding of aluminum and aluminum alloys, it enables the use of higher currents compared to argon. "R13/R15/R17" is for TIG and plasma welding of austenitic stainless steel. "BELLSWING" is a PSA nitrogen gas generator for laser processing machines that enables a reduction in gas costs. It has a long operating time, and the more you use it, the lower the gas unit price becomes. To reduce running costs, we offer two types of energy-saving methods. The PSA unit features a compact design using our uniquely developed adsorbent, reducing the installation space to half of conventional models.
