We have prepared a maintenance hatch as an option for the single-shaft crusher. The pusher slide surface opens and closes, making access to the rotor easier. Some models have over 100 blades, and working at foot level has been physically burdensome. With the addition of the maintenance hatch, work can be done at waist level, which improves workability and reduces physical strain. Furthermore, by making the pusher slide surface an exchangeable panel, maintenance work that previously required bringing the equipment to our factory for repairs can now be done on-site with just a panel replacement, significantly shortening the construction period.
