The "Easy Clamp" is widely used both domestically and internationally as a fixture for mold attachment. At Matex, since we perform injection molding, the exchange of molds has been a very important issue. This is because the time taken for attaching and detaching molds directly affects production volume. This time is directly linked to product costs, making it an urgent issue that needed to be resolved. By incorporating requests from the field and through trial and error, various improvements were made, resulting in the creation of the "Easy Clamp." The first user of the "Easy Clamp" is Matex.
