With the "EconoBack System" for filtration, wastewater treatment, and resource recovery and reuse of water, chemicals, and metals, we achieve not only partial optimization but also overall optimization! This includes filtration, recovery of valuable metals, reduction of chemical usage and washing water volume, and removal and purification of impurities. Our goal is to provide a low-cost, environmentally friendly, zero-discharge treatment plating system focused on resource recovery and recycling. The Eco Ace type filtration system and its main components have been standardized, and the functionality of the cylinder-type ion exchange machine has been miniaturized without alteration. ● Just like the filtration system, handling and maintenance management are extremely simple. ● There are two types of cartridge-type ion exchange towers: 0.5L and 5L, which can be selected according to the capacity of the washing tank. ● By connecting the Eco Ace housing in series and simply setting the ion exchange tower, water circulation and metal recovery can be initiated immediately. ● As a pretreatment, if the removal of organic matter is necessary, the molded activated carbon Loca-Carbo series can be used. ● The used saturated ion exchange towers of the 5L type are regenerated at our Inuyama factory's resource recovery center and delivered back to various plating factories.

This is a recovery and regeneration system for a cylinder-type ion exchange tower that achieves water recovery and metal recovery in water washing processes. Saturated cylinder-type ion exchange towers are collected at our "Resource Center," and the regenerated cylinders are reused repeatedly by users. Components such as heavy metals adsorbed by the ion exchange resin are sorted and regenerated at the "Resource Center," and metals are sent to Yamamoto Refinery as valuable resources to be reused as raw materials for metals. With the equipment enhancement in April 2010, the "Resource Center" has become even more functional, concentrating and purifying chromic acid leachate to the recovery standard for re-resourcing using a chromic acid recovery device. Additionally, copper and nickel, which were traditionally turned into sludge and re-resourced at Yamamoto Refinery, are now recovered as metal foil using a roll-type electrolysis device, achieving improved resource recovery efficiency and reduced waste volume.

The "EconoCross R," which combines high-precision membrane modules and a cross-free filtration method, is an MF membrane filtration device that replaces the traditional combination of coagulation sedimentation and sand filtration systems. ● It eliminates the need for coagulation sedimentation devices and sand filters, achieving separation, concentration, and ultra-precise filtration simultaneously. ● By not using chemicals such as coagulants, it reduces running costs and minimizes sludge volume. ● It maintains stable treated water quality that is not affected by fluctuations in raw water. ● It enables the recovery and reuse of valuable metals through systematic treatment of wastewater. ● It significantly reduces the maintenance work time for the equipment. ● It has a smaller installation area compared to conventional systems.

By using our unique "Resource Recovery Center System" for the regeneration of the mixed-bed ion exchange tower, it eliminates the need for any waste liquid treatment at the installation site. ● All necessary functions for water production are condensed into this one unit. ● The compact unit design saves installation space and offers an affordable price. ● The regeneration of the mixed-bed ion exchange tower can be achieved by utilizing our unique "Resource Recovery Center System" which provides a collection and regeneration service, eliminating the need for "waste liquid treatment at the installation site" and "costs associated with additional installations."

This is a compact MF membrane filtration device using cartridge-type high-performance MF membrane modules. The filtration and chemical cleaning operations have been separated into function-specific units.

No large-scale construction or extensive installation space is required. Moreover, it is safe and convenient because it involves collection and recycling. ● By simply setting it in the final rinsing tank of each plating process, it enables water circulation from the day it is installed and contributes to the recycling of valuable metals in separated sludge. ● The cylinder capacity can be selected from 25L, 50L, 100L, or 200L to match the scale of the line. ● There is no need for complicated valve operations, making handling and maintenance extremely easy. ● Saturated cylinders are recycled at our "Resource Recovery Center" and can be reused repeatedly.
