Free membership registrationThis is a recovery and regeneration system for a cylinder-type ion exchange tower that achieves water recovery and metal recovery in water washing processes. Saturated cylinder-type ion exchange towers are collected at our "Resource Center," and the regenerated cylinders are reused repeatedly by users. Components such as heavy metals adsorbed by the ion exchange resin are sorted and regenerated at the "Resource Center," and metals are sent to Yamamoto Refinery as valuable resources to be reused as raw materials for metals. With the equipment enhancement in April 2010, the "Resource Center" has become even more functional, concentrating and purifying chromic acid leachate to the recovery standard for re-resourcing using a chromic acid recovery device. Additionally, copper and nickel, which were traditionally turned into sludge and re-resourced at Yamamoto Refinery, are now recovered as metal foil using a roll-type electrolysis device, achieving improved resource recovery efficiency and reduced waste volume.
