We respond to the needs for stable operation and maintenance of equipment through two business divisions: the Wi-Fi vibration sensor and digital twin technology division, and the equipment construction division.

Our company, headquartered in Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture, has a history of over 50 years and contributes to the maintenance and upkeep of factory equipment through two business divisions: the digital twin construction division utilizing our self-developed Wi-Fi vibration meter, and the piping and mechanical equipment construction division for factory equipment support. - Digital Twin Construction Division By combining INTEGNANCE VR from Brown Reverse Co., Ltd., which represents factories in a virtual space and realizes the digital transformation (DX) and digitization of maintenance operations, with Conan Air, we can create 3D data of all equipment and piping within the plant. By incorporating Wi-Fi vibration sensors, we can establish a labor-saving system for maintenance management using digital twins and generative AI. All safety management can be conducted on a computer monitor, enabling predictive maintenance to prevent equipment troubles before they occur, thus achieving workforce reduction and decreased man-hours. - Piping and Mechanical Equipment Construction Division Based on our extensive experience and know-how, we excel in providing prompt and careful construction, detailed responses across various fields, and high cost performance. We primarily focus on mechanical equipment construction centered around piping, while also integrating and managing operations related to electrical, instrumentation, control systems, painting, insulation, construction, and civil engineering across multiple fields.
