 Until now, the tire dirt from indoor transport vehicles used for product shipping and raw material delivery has been difficult to address, leaving them almost unprotected. The LIFT-MAT, made of thick and highly durable gel that reduces the risk of getting caught and tearing, keeping the factory floors clean. ■ Suitable Installation Locations Since it is installed using the gel's adhesion, double-sided tape is not required. It is suitable for painted or resin floors. - Aisles for indoor forklifts - Inside air showers for indoor vehicles, anterooms, etc. ■ Expected Effects - Simply passing over the mat with a lift removes dirt and dust attached to the wheels. - It adsorbs dust scattered in the air, preventing it from being flown up when people or vehicles pass by. - It removes contaminants that enter from the ground, keeping workspaces that dislike dust and foreign substances clean. ■ Unsuitable Installation Locations - Areas with a lot of water or oil (the mat becomes slippery and dangerous) - Outdoor areas or direct loading entrances significantly affected by heat or ultraviolet rays - Areas with excessive dirt - Areas where large, hard, sharp debris like stones or metal fragments are prevalent - Floors with uneven concrete or asphalt surfaces We have received many positive "feedback" from customers who are actually using our product! ● Chiba Prefecture / Food Manufacturer We were concerned about the hygienic impact of tire dirt, so we decided to introduce this solution. We have installed it at the entrance of the indoor forklift aisle. The adhesive strength is just right, and since we started using it, we are satisfied that "dirt no longer spreads extensively." ● Aichi Prefecture / Machine Tool Manufacturer The factory was very dirty, and for the first 2-3 months, cleaning the mat was quite challenging, but as we continued to use it, the floor became noticeably cleaner, and the dirt on the mat gradually decreased as well.
