**Features** - The ZA5405 covers a wide measurement frequency range from 20Hz to 120MHz and an impedance measurement display range from 0.01mΩ to 2GΩ. - It can measure 11 different parameters, allowing for simultaneous measurement of two parameters displayed in graphs or numerical format. - Users can choose from three measurement modes: analysis mode for sweeping measurements and graph display according to the characteristics of the measurement target, meter mode for displaying measurement results numerically, and multi-measurement mode for setting multiple measurement conditions to determine the pass/fail status of components. - A DC bias can be set from 0V to +40V or from 0mA to 100mA.
