What is vacuum casting? Vacuum casting is a method that uses a master model created through processes such as stereolithography or machining to produce a silicone mold, which is then used for replication. In a vacuum chamber, urethane resin is poured into the mold to replicate resin products. In vacuum casting, a vacuum state is created in the vacuum chamber, allowing the resin to flow into the mold, ensuring that the resin reaches every corner of the mold and minimizing the formation of air bubbles. This method allows for very short lead times and the production of high-precision resin products without incurring high costs. | 【Usage Purposes】 01: Design We provide prototypes that are close to actual models, allowing for confirmation of design and shape, as well as evaluation of designs. We guarantee a quality that is practical for presentations and promotional samples. 02: Development and Design By using prototypes created through vacuum casting, various verifications in the development process, such as functionality confirmation, performance evaluation, implementation evaluation, and visualization evaluation, can be conducted smoothly. 03: Production and Manufacturing Technology Not only can they be used for verifying molds and production processes, but mass production through vacuum casting is also possible for small lots. This significantly reduces costs as there is no need to create molds. 04: Medical With the latest vacuum casting technology, Cross Effect can create intricate heart models and organ models of various other parts. | ||
