○ Oxygen-free copper (C1020) This is pure copper containing more than 99.96% copper (Cu), with excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, brazing and deep drawing properties, as well as good weldability, corrosion resistance, and weather resistance. ○ Tough pitch copper (C1100) This contains more than 99.90% copper (Cu) and 0.02-0.05% oxygen (O2), exhibiting excellent electrical and thermal conductivity (conductivity around 100%), good ductility, formability, corrosion resistance, and weather resistance, and is used for electrical wires and electrical applications. ○ Phosphor-deoxidized copper (C1220) This is pure copper containing more than 99.90% copper (Cu) and 0.015-0.040% phosphorus (P). With a low oxygen content, it does not suffer from hydrogen embrittlement and has excellent corrosion resistance, weather resistance, formability, and thermal conductivity (conductivity around 80% → phosphorus (P) hinders conductivity). ○ Brass (C2801) This is an alloy composed of 60% copper (Cu) and 40% zinc (Zn), which is easy to work with in hot processing and suitable for casting, with high tensile strength and ductility. As a property of brass, when the copper content falls below 57%, it becomes hard and brittle, making it suitable for casting. | For more details, please contact us. | |
