It easily performs static electricity removal and prevents reattachment of dust, lint, and other contaminants on plastic products.
When the product is held near the photoelectric sensor, static electricity removal compressed air is discharged, removing foreign substances such as dust, lint, and other debris that have adhered to the product due to static electricity. While regular compressed air can blow away foreign substances, it does not remove static electricity, and strong compressed air can cause friction with the product, potentially increasing the static charge. Therefore, even if it appears that foreign substances have been removed, static electricity remains, leading to reattachment of contaminants. By integrating static electricity removal air with the photoelectric sensor, foreign substance removal can be done easily and conveniently, while also reducing the burden on the compressor.
