This is a Windows-compatible application that can be used in combination with a LAN-connectable error-proofing receiver, aimed at customers who want to ensure work traceability using tools. It can be used in conjunction with the "Simple Ru Pokayoke Counter TW-800R-SCL" or the "LAN Connectable Type Error-Proofing Receiver TW-820R-EXL/TW-800R-EXL." <Main Features> ■ Ensuring Work Traceability - Work performance can be recorded and saved. - You can grasp the real-time status of work performance for each work item where a "FAIL" has occurred. ■ Error-Proofing Across Multiple Processes - You can issue execution instructions for work to the TW-800R-SCL installed across multiple processes. ■ Counting Functionality on PC (POKAYOKE plus Viewer) - When linked with the TW-820R-EXL/TW-800R-EXL, which does not have a count display, you can install the POKAYOKE plus Viewer on a Windows PC at the work site to display counts at up to 16 locations.

Achieves half-lock prevention between connectors connected to the wire harness.

We received a request from an automotive parts manufacturer stating, "We want to prevent unlatched (half-locked) conditions during the wire harness connector mating process." In response to our customer's request, we developed a dedicated tool (hereinafter referred to as "Connector Mating Checker") to confirm that the connectors connected to the wire harness used in the customer's production process are in a locked state. By equipping the Connector Mating Checker with the mistake-proofing transmitter TW-800T, we created a system that "wirelessly transmits work performance when it is confirmed that the connectors are in a locked state." 【Mechanical Design】 (1) Wireless transmission occurs only when the connectors are in a locked state. (2) The design allows operators to easily perform confirmation tasks (achieving a size that fits in hand). (3) Confirmation tasks can be performed on connectors located in narrow spaces. The LAN connection type Poka-Yoke receiver TW-800R-EXL is a receiver that has a LAN port added to the single output type Poka-Yoke receiver TW-800R. When combined with the Poka-Yoke transmitter TW-800T, it can be used in production processes such as assembly, machining, and pressing, using tools like torque wrenches, plier wrenches, check pens, and electric tools, to prevent operator errors (Poka-Yoke). It can be paired with multiple Poka-Yoke transmitters TW-800T (there is no limit to the number of devices that can be paired).

The TW-820R-EXL is an enhanced receiver for poka-yoke applications, equipped with LAN output, improving the communication performance of the TW-800R-EXL receiver. When combined with the slim transmitter TW-820T for poka-yoke applications, it achieves a communication distance of 100 meters, significantly extending the previous range of 30 to 50 meters. Additionally, by replacing the LAN-connected TW-800R-EXL receiver currently in use in production processes with the TW-820R-EXL, it is possible to extend the communication distance without changing the transmitter attached to the poka-yoke tools. This allows for the transmission of poka-yoke information over the customer's LAN infrastructure. It can pair with multiple poka-yoke compatible tools (there is no limit on the number of devices that can be paired). Furthermore, by integrating with the "Production Process Support Software for Poka-Yoke Tools POKAYOKE plus" via LAN, work traceability can be ensured.

The Simple Pokayoke Counter TW-800R-SCL is a simple yet highly functional receiving device with a counting feature, designed for customers who want to start implementing Pokayoke with tools immediately. With just a simple button operation, you can build a Pokayoke system (count management) with one tool (equipped with the Pokayoke transmitter "TW-800T" or "HRF-2402"). By linking it with the new product "Production Process Support Software for Pokayoke Tools POKAYOKE plus" via LAN, you can ensure work traceability. ■ June 14, 2023 - Count Function Upgrade 1.
