The high-speed milling machine "RXP" manufactured by the German company Redars features all-axis linear motor drive and linear guide specifications, ensuring high-precision machining without aging changes. The higher models also offer a specification with linear motor drive and hydrostatic guide. It comes standard with a high-speed spindle, enabling direct milling of high-hardness materials with HRC60 or higher. Without the need to change the chuck, a series of processes from milling to jig grinding and on-machine measurement can be performed, achieving a surface roughness of Ra<0.005μm.
