Using the patented ACT in the end effector (ACF), it instantly and automatically compensates for changes in dimensional tolerances, curved shapes, and non-flat surfaces by rapidly adjusting the stroke, maintaining contact with the workpiece at the set force. With a double header, it enables two processes—sanding and polishing—on a single machine, significantly improving cycle times.
