Additionally, the sensor head is equipped with a uniquely developed high-performance LSI, allowing for not only position detection but also the detection of movement speed, enabling the provision of a complete operational profile of the machine. It can compare a user-defined target value with the actual position using a single sensor and can simultaneously measure the position at up to 30 locations. Many other features are also included.
