The X series offers options for both press and rolling applications. The 'X3s (for press)' supports calibration of sensor waveforms with a maximum of 10 points and features an intelligent monitoring system equipped with a high-resolution 9-inch touch display. It is used for process monitoring, enabling optimization of production processes and improvement of work quality. Additionally, it has a positive impact on the entire machine. With multiple counter functions, it allows for detailed management and analysis of production. Furthermore, it can monitor process signals and display peak values, envelope curves, trends, and process quality.

By combining a diverse family of optical probes and controllers with various measurement ranges, mechanical dimensions, and measurement specifications, we can meet a wide range of application needs. The "PROVASET T3LMF" is a pneumatic device designed for leak testing of large-volume workpieces using a mass flow method at a set pressure. Particularly, due to the rapidly growing highly information-oriented society, the power demand of global AI data centers is expected to double from the 2024 level, surpassing Japan's total electricity consumption. In the future, to achieve a rich highly information-oriented society while maintaining carbon neutrality, securing a cheap and stable power supply is essential, and energy conservation in data centers will become the most important challenge. Against this backdrop, two-phase liquid immersion cooling technology, which can significantly reduce power input associated with cooling while achieving high cooling performance, is attracting attention. In this lecture, we will discuss efficient cooling technologies for data centers, evaluated based on cooling performance (air cooling/liquid cooling/liquid immersion technology), and outline the potential and technical challenges of liquid immersion cooling technology in particular.
