This is a vibrating screening machine from Russell Finex, a leading overseas manufacturer of vibrating screening equipment. It is widely used in factories around the world for powder check screening. The device offers a rich variety of models and can be installed broadly in production processes. A significant feature of this device is that it uses a unique rubber suspension instead of a spring suspension for the screening damper. As a result, compared to the company's spring suspension models: - Capacity: Nearly double the processing capability - Noise: Low noise level (typically around 70 dB) - Cleaning: Can be disassembled and assembled without tools - No areas where water can accumulate, ensuring good drainage By simultaneously using the optional ultrasonic clogging prevention system (VDS), the screening capability for difficult powders that are prone to clogging is enhanced, preventing mesh damage (accurate classification down to a minimum of 20 µm). This device fits neatly into production lines, possesses advanced screening capabilities, and does not require overhead space. You can accurately and quickly top with fine materials such as nuts and granules. The sensor in the discharge section detects products flowing on the belt and fills the topping materials. The internal sensors of the device constantly check the remaining amount in the topping storage tank and replenish it as needed when it runs low. With a minimum of 8 rows and a maximum of 20 rows, it allows for multi-row filling, significantly improving the efficiency of processes that were previously done manually. This device makes tasks that used to be time-consuming and labor-intensive much easier.
