Contributes to reducing voltage drop and power loss in equipment and devices! 8mm² and 14mm² wires can easily be downsized by simply connecting the connectors.

This is a code connector body that is suitable for reducing power loss at a high level and for addressing voltage drop when long-distance wiring is required. It allows for easy downsizing of wire size simply by connecting the terminals to the plug. Both the 20A rated and 30A rated products can connect wires of 8 square millimeters and 14 square millimeters. By connecting the flexible plug and code connector body without the need for terminal blocks or box installation, it allows for easy changes in wire size, improving workability and contributing to labor savings. The cover material is made of polycarbonate, an ultra-high-strength resin used in riot police shields. The main body is made of flame-retardant nylon resin with UL94 V-0 specifications, enhancing durability and safety. The blade receiver uses phosphor bronze, which excels in repeatability, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.

Since model production is not required, the time needed to create prototypes, which previously took about a month, can be significantly reduced. ● Model costs can be reduced! By directly producing sand molds from 3D data, there is no need for model production costs. If changes to the model are necessary, they can be addressed by modifying the 3D data. ● Similar products with different shapes and dimensions can be prototyped simultaneously! With one molding process, different products with similar shapes or varying dimensions can be molded at the same time. This allows for the verification of multiple types in a short period.
