We offer a lineup of "DLC" for molds and machine parts, and "DLC-i" for aluminum alloy cutting tools. DLC coating demonstrates an overwhelmingly low friction coefficient against metal materials, achieving a friction coefficient comparable to oil lubrication even in dry conditions. It improves release properties to suppress adhesion of soft metals (such as aluminum alloys).
