Futaba Sensing School Announcement of the Opening of the Composite Measurement Application Course

Our company launched the "Futaba Sensing School Pressure Measurement Basics Course" in September 2020, aimed at acquiring know-how for utilizing the mold measurement system, the Mold Marshalling System. To further enhance our services, we will introduce a new "Composite Measurement Application Course" starting in April 2023.
This special program is designed for those who face challenges in injection molding, such as being unable to produce molded products of the same quality even when molding conditions are consistent. It teaches methods to produce molded products of the same quality regardless of changes in the molding location, environment, or machinery.
Rather than focusing on the traditional perspective of "fine-tuning machine-side conditions," we will produce molded products of the same quality by reproducing the "resin behavior within the mold," which directly affects the quality of the molded products. By systematically eliminating each factor that causes variations in resin behavior and defects at different processes within the mold, we enable efficient investigation of defect causes and quality reproduction without relying on intuition and experience.
