Our best product for September is the two-layer corner sink.

We received a request from the customer for a sink that fits perfectly into the dead space of their kitchen, and we handled everything from design to production. The customer wanted to separate clean and dirty water while washing dishes, so we opted for a double sink. However, a standard double sink would be costly, so to keep costs down, we divided the sink with a board in the middle. The middle board is usually 1mm thick, but since welding it at that thickness would cause warping, we made it 3mm thick to prevent distortion and also considered its appearance. The customer also requested a flat bottom for easy dishwashing, so we positioned the drain as close as possible to the upper right corner of the sink's bottom surface. Using cost-effective materials, we prioritized making it easy for the customer to wash dishes as they requested. In terms of design, we added a skirt board to ensure that the sink layers are not visible from the front, creating a neat appearance. We received a kind message from the customer saying, "Thank you for accommodating my detailed requests. The installation is complete, and it fits just as I imagined. I appreciate the careful finishing of areas that I could only describe by feel."

In the sink used in elementary schools, the inspection port has been designed to be positioned further back so that the toes can fit in. Since we were requested by the customer to manufacture within the budget, we proposed a design that fits within the budget based on the design drawings. Additionally, to prevent water from leaking from the lining countertop, we used stainless steel for the lining post form, and since the sink is deep and needs to be seamlessly connected with the back guard, we manufactured it as a single unit. Furthermore, considering the wall dimensions for installation, we allowed for clearance instead of making it a perfect fit, and since the inspection port is not likely to be used frequently, we implemented a mechanism that can be easily removed with a magnet. One of our strengths is that we can outsource drawings and have them properly designed, allowing us to manufacture accurately!

We shaped the design based on the image sketch provided by the customer. We proposed and designed a spacious work area, placing pots and other items under the induction heater, and included a long towel rack in front of the sink as per your request.
