At Fuchu Pura, we have made numerous products practical through the development of groundbreaking molding know-how (FP process), which was previously considered impossible. For example, the development of seamless molding for two-piece golf balls. This involves a technique that positions a special rubber core at the center of the ball. This was an industry-first development. The impeller for magnetic pumps, which was created by applying this technology, emerged from this. Until then, it was common to insert a magnet into the main body and then seal it with a lid, but this method could not ensure a perfect fit between the main body and the magnet. The issues with this product were the wobbling and noise generated during rotation.
