We handle everything from mold making, prototyping, injection molding, painting, printing, assembly, machining, to overseas exports. ◎ Smart Factory: In 2005, we developed our own system to realize the IoT integration of production lines. Based on accumulated big data, we make future predictions and enable just-in-time manufacturing. ◎ Production Management System: We have independently developed management software (FPMS) that automates all management tasks from order receipt to sales. Our molding machines and measuring devices are connected online to the management system, allowing real-time viewing of production status and measurement data. ◎ Head Office Factory (Small-batch production and R&D factory): Proposals and realization of resin conversion from metal / Proven experience with 3,000 molds established.
