Here is a case study for Mr. T in Kyoto. Large-sized aluminum vapor-deposited films are very prone to wrinkling, and when side seal processing is performed, the conditions become even more likely to cause wrinkles. However, there was a request to somehow create bags without wrinkles. Even with similar machines, it is possible to reduce wrinkling by changing the way they are used. Additionally, the condition of the film can also affect the outcome, so by being careful from the earlier stages of the process, we were able to produce bags without wrinkles. This time, we would like to introduce a bag-making case for a customer who requested notch processing. The type of notch shape we can handle is the hexagonal notch. The overall size is 3mm in height and 6mm in width, and the width of the notch to be processed will be adjusted as needed for the bag (there may be slight variations in width depending on the product). Additionally, you can specify the processing position. Furthermore, this customer was very concerned about whether the bag would wrinkle when sealed using heat during the filling process. With standard films, wrinkles tend to occur easily, and the degree of wrinkling can vary depending on the temperature of the heat applied. Therefore, we suggested using a single-sided heat seal film. This film allows for bonding at lower temperatures compared to standard films, which can reduce wrinkles compared to heat treatment at higher temperatures. While it is difficult to completely eliminate wrinkles due to temperature-related factors, the customer was satisfied with the results. We would like to introduce a case study for M Automotive. The purpose was to display the certificate of compliance with safety standards while waiting for the vehicle registration certificate to be completed. Initially, it was affixed with tape, but complaints arose about the residue left behind, which led to a consultation. We received three requests: (1) no tape residue should remain, (2) we want to reduce costs, and (3) we want to allow for some flexibility in size. While it was possible to reduce costs with the tape we use, we were unsure if it would leave residue on the glass surface, so we conducted a test by applying it to a company vehicle. Since it was stated that the tape would only be applied for a maximum of two weeks, we confirmed that there were no issues after three weeks of application, and after submitting samples for approval, we received an order. Here is a case study for Mr. H in Osaka Prefecture. He inquired about wanting promotional bags attached to PET bottles. Since it was for promotional purposes, he wanted to keep the price low and was concerned that the items might fall out with regular bags. Therefore, we created the header part using only ultrasonic welding without inserting a core. This allowed us to reduce the price compared to conventional methods. The strength has been tested with sample submissions. To address the risk of items falling out, we proposed a Type B bag, where the insertion part for the product is positioned at the top, instead of a Type A bag. *The PET bottle in the photo is different from the actual product.
