At You Corporation, we realize 5-axis machining and complex turning processing of difficult-to-cut materials (such as titanium, Inconel, Kovar, Super Invar, etc.) using aluminum and stainless steel, backed by extensive know-how and high-precision machines! We can also handle all types of resin processing (including ABS, PC, POM, PMMA, acrylic, PPS, PP, PEEK, etc.) at our own factory! With temperature-controlled processing environments and years of experience, we can tackle challenging processing projects and achieve high-precision machining! At You Corporation, we reproduce machining of difficult materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, Kovar, and Super Invar with abundant know-how and high-precision machines!! We also handle all resin processing in our own factory. High-precision machining is achieved in a temperature-controlled processing environment. By using special bolts and reinforcement plates, cracks are physically removed, and repairs are made without causing any thermal impact on the base material. Repairs can be carried out in environments where open flames cannot be used. SPACECOOL Inc., which researches, develops, and sells the radiation cooling material "SPACECOOL" that releases heat into space to achieve zero-energy cooling, will exhibit at the "Jumbo Surprise Exhibition," a comprehensive trade fair for electrical materials and housing equipment, held at Tokyo Big Sight from April 17 (Friday) to April 18 (Saturday), 2026, and at Intex Osaka from April 24 (Friday) to April 25 (Saturday), 2026. This material is a new technology that enables zero-energy cooling by converting heat into infrared radiation and releasing it into space, without using any external power. By implementing it in outdoor air conditioning units and outdoor electrical equipment, it helps suppress internal temperature rises, contributing to stable operation of devices and reduction of air conditioning energy consumption, and is being recognized as a new carbon-neutral technology.
