While endless sealers and impulse sealers are widely known in the food, medical, industrial, and packaging industries, are you aware of a sealing machine that can perform horizontal sealing with upper and lower heat plate bars? A common concern for small companies like ours is the "lack of promotional power." As a result, despite being a renowned machine, it has not been widely recognized in the industry and continues to sell quietly but steadily, inherited from the previous generation, the "Bag Sealer."
We provided a trial machine to a certain rice cracker manufacturer, and they liked it so much that they decided to purchase it.
The main point they liked was that the heat seal finish was uniform and beautiful compared to the "foot-operated laminated sealer" they had used for many years. Additionally, it was mentioned that anyone could achieve the same finish regardless of who performed the packaging adhesive work, making it a "heat sealing machine that does not discriminate against people."

At the request of a customer, we produced a table switch type "Bag Sealer." When it comes to table switch sealers, I think the Fuji Impulse Auto Sealer "FA Series" is quite famous. This is what we created. It has a mechanism that allows for easy adjustment of both the angle and height of the table switch. We produced two machines with a sealing width of 20 mm and a flat pattern.
A customer who viewed our website requested the creation of seal samples. We received a request for repair of the upper and lower heat plates of the HBS-280 from a rice cracker manufacturer in Saitama. The manufacturing years are from Heisei 18 and 19 for two machines.
