We have examples where the upper and lower heat plates have been significantly modified from the standard 20mm width pitch and 1.5mm horizontal spacing based on customer requests. As an example born from customer needs, we have developed a sealer machine (as shown in the attached image on the left) equipped with a new shape of heat plate suitable for products that require cutting a portion of the product bag with scissors or similar tools, which is being sent out as the customer's original sealer. In my personal opinion, among the various product arrangements in the bag sealer series, this heat plate arrangement is the most groundbreaking and holds potential for further expansion depending on customer ideas. The mainstream type of printing machine installed in sealers is the stamping type that uses movable type. In addition, customers have been able to choose from three options: inkjet, thermal printer, and now with the addition of the "TIJ printer," our customers now have four options for printers available to them. If we had been able to promote it better, it wouldn't be surprising if this sealing machine became well-known nationwide as one of many heat sealers. Additionally, it is a very simple sealer that enables a single packaging operator to visually align the seal position and perform the heat sealing simultaneously at their own pace. Because it is not an automatic packaging machine, it can be used effectively by just one person in a compact space from the day it is installed. This allows for easy and beautiful packaging for anyone. Moreover, since it does not require large inspection equipment, the alignment of the seal can be checked visually, making it easy to spot seal defects or printing errors (printing machine is optional) on the spot. Furthermore, it is designed to be compact and can be installed in a space-saving manner, allowing for integration into workstations or conveyors, and enabling flexible layout options anywhere.
