Particles (droplets) formed by the ultrasonic spray nozzle are broken up by the vibrations of the piezo element. In other words, unlike pressurized systems, the particles do not have speed. As a result, they either fall naturally or float due to the influence of the wind. Therefore, carrier air is used to transport the formed particles for application.

The ultrasonic spray nozzle (atomizer) transmits vibrations from the piezoelectric ceramic, causing the liquid film to vibrate and forming fine particles for spraying. Liquid is supplied without pressure, allowing for the spraying of fine particles. It accommodates a wide range of liquid flow rates from a minimum of 10 milliliters per minute to a maximum of 100 milliliters per minute. Since no pressure is applied to the liquid, there is very little splatter or rebound, eliminating waste of the coating liquid and making large painting booths unnecessary.

The "CCS2" is a ceiling-mounted vehicle counting sensor that employs an infrared reflection method. It can detect vehicles in both directions with just one unit, accurately counting vehicles even during traffic jams or when vehicles pass each other.
