An end effector using our unique technology (Autonomous Contact Force Correction Technology (ACT)) has made it possible to automate skilled tasks such as polishing and grinding, which were previously considered impossible, while achieving shorter cycle times and high-quality finishes. It autonomously corrects the contact force in response to variations in workpiece dimensions and other changes in the processing target, enabling processing with uniform contact force. Gravity correction is also performed autonomously, applying uniform contact force regardless of angle, and easily maintaining finishing quality for workpieces with R shapes and more. By using special bolts and reinforcement plates, cracks are physically removed, and repairs are made without causing any thermal impact on the base material.
