Piab's suction cups for the automotive industry. This product is suitable for vehicle bodies, parts assembly lines, and low to medium-speed press lines.

The cups in this series are made from a nitrile-PVC material (black, silicone-free) with a rubber hardness of 60 (Shore A), offering excellent durability. The cups are equipped with anti-slip cleats to withstand the shear forces of applications. All cups are molded with aluminum inserts. They can be mounted using either a user-specific fitting or Piab's unique fittings, including a quick connection system – T-slot. The cups are designed to withstand shear forces even at low vacuum levels and to "prevent slipping." PAB – Piab Automotive Bellows (5 types, sizes 30-80 mm): Designed for thin metal plates used in the automotive industry. Suitable for gripping flat workpieces as well as workpieces with uneven or curved surfaces. It is also suitable for destacking applications where height correction is needed.
