The AI facial recognition engine 'FaceMe' has achieved first place in the spoofing attack detection test (PAD) by NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) in the United States.

CyberLink announces that its AI facial recognition engine, 'FaceMe', has achieved first place in the facial analysis technology evaluation (FATE) test conducted by NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology).
In the FATE test, which detects fraud through impersonation attacks in the "Presentation Attack Detection (PAD) test," a total of 82 algorithms were tested, and the product ranked first in three datasets within the "Convenience" category.
This demonstrates that the product is an engine capable of detecting impersonation attacks with high accuracy, as verified by an international independent third-party quality assurance organization.
