"Best Company to Cherish in Japan" Award Received

Aruna Co., Ltd. has been awarded the 14th "Most Important Company in Japan" Award.
After reading the book "Most Important Company in Japan," written by Professor Sakamoto of Hosei University, I began to hope that Aruna would grow into a company that could someday receive this award, and after more than ten years, that dream has come true.
While there are various awards in the world, the "Most Important Company in Japan" Award evaluates not only sound management practices but also "people-friendly" management, including considerations for employees, local residents, and the employment of people with disabilities. This award recognizes companies that, even if small, remain grounded and continue to be loved by people over a long period, rather than those that mindlessly pursue sales expansion without genuine care.
Among the 185 companies that applied, there were strict evaluations based on criteria such as "profit margin" and "turnover rate." 74 companies passed the first screening. For the second screening, judges visited the companies, narrowing it down to 30, and ultimately, 14 companies received the "Most Important Company in Japan" Award. The reasons for Aruna's award are summarized separately on YouTube, so please refer to that.
Encouraged by this award, we will continue to strive towards our goal of becoming a "300-year company."
