Long-term culture of cell aggregates for more than one month is possible, and differentiation induction can be performed using the same equipment. 4. The high-density well structure reduces the amount of culture media and reagents needed, leading to savings. 5. The wells are treated with a cell adhesion-inhibiting coating (valid for two years from the date of manufacture). They are gamma-irradiated, allowing for immediate use upon opening. 6. Cell seeding is simply done by evenly dropping a cell suspension from above. Centrifugation is unnecessary, and media exchange is also easy. 7.
