Sales of the following products will begin in January 2025. 1. TACSL One Dish (top left in the photo) ... A product that includes a culture insert and a TASCL micro well plate (1000 wells or 600 wells) set in a dish. It can achieve a culture environment equivalent to TASCL 6 well. 2. TACSL Mesh (top right in the photo) ... A standalone product of the TASCL micro well plate (1000 wells or 600 wells). 3. Adapter for Culture Insert (bottom left in the photo) ... An adapter for placing culture inserts on a 35mm dish. It is sterilizable and reusable. It can be used in combination with TASCL Mesh and separately sold culture inserts. 4. The existing product TASCL will be renamed to "TASCL 6WELL" (bottom right in the photo). These products will be sold directly by our company or through various sales agents.

The three-dimensional cell culture microplates TASCL (TASCL 1000 wells, TASCL 600 wells), which were temporarily halted in 2023, will be back on sale starting in 2024. TASCL has the same specifications as the previous model, but we have improved the manufacturing process, resulting in better uniformity of cell aggregate size and improved bubble release compared to the previous model. Simus Bio Co., Ltd. (Nagoya City), which is engaged in the manufacturing and sales of cell culture equipment and regenerative medicine support for medical facilities, has raised 30 million yen through a third-party allocation of shares with Japan Genetics Co., Ltd. (Bunkyo City, Tokyo), a trading company specializing in life science research, as the underwriter. Going forward, we will strengthen the sales of our cell mass large-scale culture and differentiation induction microplate "TASCL" to research institutions both domestically and internationally through Japan Genetics. Additionally, we will begin the development of a "desktop automatic cell culture device" equipped with machine learning capabilities for cell culture based on TASCL, taking this capital increase as an opportunity. We will also seek further fundraising and technological collaboration from other companies in the future.
