Tōnichi Seisakusho Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Ota City, Tokyo, Representative: Osamu Tsuji) has changed the model of the digital torque meter TME2 series, which has been manufactured and sold for 17 years, and launched the TME3, which features a dedicated measurement mode for measuring the cap opening torque of bottle containers, as well as the TME3-BTL series with Bluetooth communication capabilities, starting from April 22, 2024.
■ Features of the TME3/TME3-BTL series
1) Equipped with a dedicated measurement mode for measuring the cap opening torque of bottle containers (double peak mode).
2) Measurement data can be saved in Excel or CSV format using the 'Data Receiver' for wired connections, and 'APS for TME3' allows for torque waveform measurement and various setting changes, available for free.
3) The TME3-BTL supports Bluetooth communication. With the HOGP profile, it enables automatic data input into Excel on Windows or iOS devices, and can also integrate with commercial electronic form systems like i-Reporter and XC-Gate.
