Pokayoke refers to mechanisms designed to prevent human error, with a typical example being the prevention of forgetting to tighten screws. Tohnichi Manufacturing developed and launched the wired limit switch torque wrench QLLS series in 1980 and the cordless infrared remote signal torque wrench RS-32 series in 1982. Due to the overseas expansion of Japan's automotive industry and the global development of quality control, "Pokayoke" has expanded worldwide as "Pokayoke."

We have developed torque drivers RTDFH/RNTDFH, the wireless Poka-Yoke torque wrench "BL series" powered by solar energy, FHM/FH type wireless Poka-Yoke torque wrenches, a receiver "R-CM" that allows for low-cost operation with interchangeable wireless modules, and the wireless Poka-Yoke torque wrench "FHM series" equipped with a gyro sensor that can detect double tightening.
