They excel in durability and high-speed responsiveness, allowing for precise bead and dot application even on high-speed lines. The top of the head is equipped with an adjustment mechanism that allows for fine-tuning of the discharge amount, making it possible to evenly adjust the application amount of each head in a system using multiple heads from a single pump. Options such as 'CleanStart' to prevent skinning at the nozzle tip, a manual discharge switch, and product guides can be selected, enabling implementation in an optimal configuration tailored to production lines and requirements. In the case of Sempre 15, it is an electric head that does not require a genuine controller, allowing for application control from a PLC or similar device.

It is compact and has high coating accuracy, enabling high-quality hot melt coating application even on high-speed lines. By changing from adhesive tape with release paper to a combination of hot melt application and release paper, significant cost reductions can be achieved. Additionally, switching from peel-off strip tape to hot melt application and peel-off strips can also lead to cost savings. The Vivo 18 coating head is equipped with a sack-back type valve and a high-speed air solenoid valve, making it the most suitable coating head for intermittent hot melt coating applications.
